PRO TIP: OUTLET STORE RETURN POLICY

The return policy at Lowe’s Outlet locations is ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

But if your item has mechanical or electrical damage you have 48 hours to return it to the store you bought it from.

This policy is obviously much stricter than the normal 90 day policy at regular Lowe’s stores. So be sure to test out power tools and appliances within 2 days and return them if they have issues.
